Chef Ray Samlow
Chef Ray Samlow has worked with some of the best hospitality companies in the world. Ray got his start working in kitchens, restaurants and night clubs in Chicago. He eventually formed a hospitality group responsible for feeding thousands of guests at special events and venues across the city. Ray eventually expanded into the West Coast opening and operating concepts in California, Arizona and Las Vegas Nevada. Ray has also appeared on local and national television programs sharing his passion for cooking and entertaining.
